Easy to store, easy to pour. Containing 44 egg yolks and 10% pure Australian icing sugar.

 

Ideal for: Anglaise, Gelato, Ice Cream, Semifredo, Soufflé, Custards, Tiramisu. 

 

Instructions: Transfer to the chiller at 4 deg, keep refrigerated at 4 deg and use within 7 days. Once opened, use within 3 days and keep refrigerated when not in use. Shake well before every use.
