Last month, we launched the first edition of Le Rendez-vous by Eustralis, and we didn’t stop at one city, but celebrated this exceptional event in four vibrant locations across Australia: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

Four unforgettable afternoons filled with refined elegance, extraordinary food, and inspiring conversations, all brought to life by the passionate chefs, customers, and suppliers who make our industry thrive.

Showcasing our dear supplier

Kaviari captivated guests with a luxurious caviar degustation that set the tone for the event. 

Veliche Gourmet delighted our attendees with her expertly curated ganaches, showcasing the finest Belgian chocolate and introducing some exciting new innovations. 

Les Vergers Boiron took guests on an unforgettable full-sensory journey. From an immersive virtual reality experience exploring the production of their purees to the remarkable trompe l'œil petit gâteaux, beautifully crafted by talented chef and Boiron ambassador Christy Tania, every detail was a masterpiece.

Bridor once again impressed with their astonishing pastry display and an exceptional selection of petit fours. 

At the heart of this incredible experience, we proudly celebrated our exciting new partnership with Elle & Vire Professionnel. This collaboration came to life through two extraordinary live shows hosted by Chef Kevin Zwygart, showcasing the culinary finesse and excellence that define this dynamic partnership.

Even those who couldn’t attend found creative ways to take part, thank you for being part of it!

In partnership with Weiss Chocolate, we launched an interactive quiz that gave four chefs from across the country the chance to enter our national lottery. The grand prize? An unforgettable trip to South Vietnam to explore Weiss’ cocoa plantation and learn about the sustainable process behind the making of our renowned Li Chu Dark couverture.
