Le Yeahllow x Eustralis Food - A Blooming Celebration of Mother’s Day

At Eustralis Food, we love nothing more than bringing together talented chefs and world-class products to create something memorable. This Mother’s Day, we’re proud to present a unique collaboration with Le Yeahllow a pâtisserie based in Melbourne, known for turning joyful ideas into edible works of art. The result? Two elegant, limited-edition creations: the Blush Heart and the Blush Bloom cakes that honour mums with finesse, beauty, and exquisite flavour.

At the heart of these refined desserts is Chef Steven He, the creative mastermind behind Le Yeahllow. Chef He designs not only captivate the eye but also tell a story.

Blush Heart – Delicate & floral  

At the heart of the Blush Heart is the Pavoni PX43111 mould, selected by Chef He for its clean lines and elegant silhouette. This mould provided a modern, clean finish the ideal canvas for this exquisite dessert.

Each petit gateaux contains a smooth lychee chantilly, paired with a crisp centre of caramelised puff pastry. Inside, layers of fragrant rose diplomat cream and lychee confit made from Les Vergers Boiron lychee purée bring a sweet, delicate flavour.

A crunchy raspberry chocolate crumble made with Veliche white chocolate and Les Vergers Boiron raspberry purée adds a fruity contrast. Topped with a glossy raspberry coulis, the dessert offers a delicious mix of floral, fruity, soft, and crisp textures.

Blush Bloom – Soft & creamy 

While the Blush Heart showcases modern structure, the Blush Bloom is all about softness. Designed like a Saint Honoré and shaped to resemble a flower in full bloom, this cake captures the joy of gifting and receiving.

Each profiterole is filled with rose diplomat cream, topped with airy lychee chantilly, and decorated with fresh raspberries and lychees. The base of caramelised puff pastry adds texture and balance. The bright, clean fruit flavours come from Les Vergers Boiron lychee purée and Les Vergers Boiron raspberry purée, creating a festive yet refined taste.

This collaboration is a perfect blend of creativity and quality. Veliche Gourmet chocolate offering smooth texture, and Les Vergers Boiron purées adding freshness to every layer, the result is truly blooming.
