Les Vergers Boiron red rhubarb puree is made from the Framboza Red variety, grown in the Warsaw region of Poland and harvested from May to August. Each batch is carefully sorted by colour intensity, delivering a deep pink puree with a thick, slightly fibrous texture and a beautifully balanced profile of fresh acidity and vegetal notes.
