At Eustralis Food, International Women's Day is an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable women who drive excellence across our business and the wider industry. As women working at Eustralis Food and as export managers working closely with us, these women bring vision, passion, and purpose to everything they do. This year, we asked them to share the single word that defines their success and the stories behind it. Their answers are as diverse as their roles, but together they paint a powerful picture of what modern leadership looks like.

Yeni Aspini - Founder, Common Sense Trading Indonesia
Common Sense
I am the founder of Common Sense Trading, an import and export company based in Indonesia, working closely with Eustralis Food. I build transparent supply chains, strengthen long-term farmer relationships, and position Indonesian agricultural products as globally competitive.
But beyond my title, I am also a farmer’s daughter. Agriculture is not just an industry to me, it is personal. It shaped how I see value, resilience, and hard work.
The word that drives my success: Courage
I chose courage because restoring Indonesia’s farming legacy requires it. It takes courage to lead in global trade, to step into rooms where women are underrepresented, and to challenge the perception of Indonesian products as mere commodities.
With products like Indonesian vanilla and spices, I believe in full traceability: knowing the origin, protecting quality, and ensuring that farmers receive recognition in the global market. For me, courage means standing firmly between the farm and the world, creating transparency, dignity, and opportunity.
As women in this industry, we do not just participate, we elevate. When we lead with integrity and vision, we raise standards, strengthen ecosystems, and open doors for the next generation.
Laureline Perraudeau - Kaviari Brand Ambassador
Kaviari
As Kaviari’s Brand Ambassador for Australia and Asia, I represent the brand and support its development across different markets. My role focuses on building strong relationships with our customers and distributors, while ensuring that Kaviari’s standards of excellence, heritage and craftsmanship are shared. I also work closely with our partners to position our caviars as exceptional gastronomic experiences, by holding masterclasses and caviar dinners for example.
The word that drives me in this industry: Passion
Passion because I absolutely love our caviars and I have an ongoing deep admiration for the chefs who interpret and elevate our caviar in such beautiful ways. In this highly competitive industry and fast-paced world, passion is the human touch that makes the difference. It creates authenticity. And authenticity builds trust, long-term partnerships and sustainable success. For me, representing Kaviari means more than developing business; it means sharing a story of excellence, precision and respect for the product at every level.
Brianna Curran - Business Development Manager Bridor
Bridor
As the Australia Business Development Manager for Bridor, my primary focus is reeling in new business developments that convert to successful new sales and client relationships. Working on a strategy base to find the best way we can work with clients, to solve solutions and to add value to their business, whilst showcasing Bridor’s exceptional products.
Word that describes what drives my success: Purpose-Driven
I am purpose-driven and motivated by the bigger picture, with a strong focus on long-term growth and sustainable success. I lead with ownership and vision, taking the time to listen carefully so I can understand needs and deliver meaningful, value-adding solutions. I prioritise building strong relationships that create lasting partnerships, ensuring my contributions drive measurable results for both the business and my own professional development.
Elaine Young - Technical Marketing Lead
Veliche
I lead technical marketing and chef engagement for Veliche Gourmet Chocolate across APAC. With a background as a pastry chef and chocolatier, I combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic commercial thinking to support distributors and customers in achieving meaningful growth.
My word: Insight
To me, insight means staying close to the end user. By deeply understanding the realities of professional kitchens, I help sales teams engage chefs with authenticity and credibility. Through practical demonstrations and collaborative training, I have helped shift perceptions of quality, strengthen technical conversations, and build confidence within distributor teams.
My approach ensures that product discussions are rooted in performance, application, and respect for the customer’s expertise, creating long-term trust and commercial success.
In our industry, success is built on both expertise and understanding. When women bring technical confidence, strategic thinking, and authentic leadership to the table, we create space for stronger collaboration and meaningful progress. Insight, shared generously, has the power to elevate everyone around us.
Priscilla Chaplain - Country Manager Oceania & Singapore - Savencia Group
Elle & Vire Professionnel
My mission is to drive business across our markets through collaborative work with our Distributor. Our role is to define the commercial and marketing priorities, then organise our local activations and promotions!
Our job is all about collaboration!
• With Eustralis Food management, to ensure our products meet market expectations and that they commit to brand growth.
• With the Sales Team, by providing them training and brand support for “excellence” in customer visits.
• With our Chef-Customers, by delivering top product quality and technical support.
Anne-Clotilde Clanet – Sales Manager Oceania – Savencia Group
Elle & Vire Professionnel
My mission is to collaborate with our local distributor to grow our business in foodservice and seek for new opportunities of development.
If I were to describe what drives my success in this industry into a single word, it would be commitment.
Commitment represents the dedication that drives our team every day — from sourcing the highest-quality ingredients to continuously developing new skills and learning from one another. It is also reflected in the collaboration that allows us to maintain high standards while fostering motivation and inspiration across our teams.
For me, this word also carries a personal meaning. It reflects my commitment to remaining accessible and connected to our customers and partners by being based here in Melbourne, building strong relationships and supporting our shared success.
Celine Bexon – Sales Assistant, Export Customer Service
PCB Creation
I work as a Sales Assistant for PCB Creation. My role is to be the first point of contact for all our customers' requests. Day to day, this includes managing orders, following up on quotes and artwork approvals, coordinating quality enquiries with our QA team, and overseeing shipping documentation.
Client Relationship
I love human contact and even more so with people from different countries and cultures. It is always such an enriching experience.
Commitment. Collaboration. Insight. Courage. Passion. Purpose-driven.
These are not just words, they are the values that shape careers, build industries, and inspire the next generation of women to lead with confidence. The women featured here remind us that success in the food industry is built not only on exceptional products, but on the people behind them: those who show up with expertise, integrity, and heart every single day. On International Women's Day, we celebrate them, and every woman who is making a difference.
