Founded in 1877 in Lucerne, HUG is a family-owned Swiss bakery now run by the fifth generation from Malters. As the creators of the Filigrano tart shell, HUG has spent more than a decade refining the thinnest, straightest-walled pre-baked tart shells in foodservice and exporting their tart shells worldwide.

 

HUG Filigrano shells are made with Swiss butter and high-quality Swiss ingredients in one of Europe's most modern baking facilities, and produced under HUG's "naturally honest" charter for transparent, sustainably sourced raw materials.
