Guitar Sheets 600x400mm

Dimensions: 600x400mm. Guitar sheets are essential in working with chocolate, ganache, and fillings. While slightly less rigid than acetate, they provide a shiny finish to chocolate. Although not as rigid, they still offer excellent gloss. Guitar sheets are flexible but require support when curved or rolled. They are often used for chocolate work and decorations.  Instructions: Spread your ganache onto the flexible sheets within a plastic frame, allow it to set, and cut with a guitar cutter.
